Motor-driven comfort
Relaxing and sitting position
Sitting for longer periods comfortably in bed is only possible when all the areas of the body are in a relaxed position. What Le Corbusier could only guess at, yet still did correctly, has now been scientifically proven. That is, that the heels need to be relaxed for a comfortable sitting position in bed and the knee joints need extra support. So the perfect solution is a "knee-bend" for relaxed sitting.
Relief for the upper body.
Angled back section: position for relaxing muscles. Also for therapeutical purposes – e.g. respiratory relief (reflux, dizziness, snoring).
Relief for the spinal discs.
Raised foot section: relief for the spine (spinal discs), heels, knee.
